I'm seeking a proficient BIM specialist for detailed modelling of both architectural and structural elements from Level of Development (LOD) 300 to LOD 450.
Scope of Work:
- Architectural Elements: Modelling of walls and partitions, floors and ceilings, as well as doors and windows.
- Structural Elements: In-depth modelling of columns and beams, slabs and foundations, and rebar detailing.
Software Skills Required:
- Architectural Modelling with Revit
- Structural Modelling with Tekla Structures (for Rebar Detailing) or Revit
Pricing Structure:

Timeline:
