I need a professional deck and stairs built for a two-story multi-family home. The project involves creating a traditional style composite deck and stairs, incorporating railings and a covered area.
I am a contractor by profession. This project is for a very good customer of mine. We will be removing an older, smaller porch and stairs from the building and then constructing the new ones. The customer wants the entire thing covered most likely just a slanted roof built off the house, but the customer wants the entire stairs covered by the roof as well as the porch area. I will include pictures of the existing porch.
