Composite Canal Structural Design & Cost Estimation

I'm looking for a structural engineer with experience in designing composite canal structures in both 2D and 3D. The canal is 4.250 KM long and 21 meters wide. The engineer will need to physically be present on-site for 2-3 days for assessments and consultations.

Key tasks:
- Design the canal in 2D and 3D
- Include cross-sectional views, longitudinal profiles, and detailed joint and connection designs
- Assess bridges over the canal and provide recommendations as needed
- Provide a cost estimation (BoQ) in accordance with the Government's BSR

The design must adhere to international standards, so a thorough understanding and experience with these guidelines is essential. Skills in using advanced structural design software is a must, particularly for creating detailed 2D and 3D models. Experience with composite materials is also crucial, as this will be the primary material used for the canal.

Please note that physical presence on-site is necessary for 2-3 days. The ideal candidate will be able to communicate effectively, working collaboratively with me to ensure the design meets all necessary requirements and standards.
