Complete the images and also give a 3d model that can be used in blender

I am looking for a graphic designer who can complete images from individual images for my project and also provide a 3D model that can be used in Blender. The ideal candidate should have experience in graphic design and be able to bring my general ideas to life. The 3D model will be used for animation purposes.
