Complete 3d modelling of building
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I’m ready to turn a two-story residential concept into a build-ready package and need a skilled designer who can supply every drawing my contractor and the local permitting office will ask for.
The architectural floor plans should be clear enough for trades to measure straight from the sheet, yet detailed enough to satisfy code review. Alongside those plans, I also need a coordinated working set covering every critical system and structural element.
Deliverables
• Dimensioned floor plans for both levels
• Electrical layout showing circuits, panel locations and fixture scheduling
• Plumbing layout with supply, waste and vent runs, plus fixture tagging
• HVAC system layout, including equipment sizing and duct routes
• Footing plan, column grid, and beam-and-slab layout tied to structural notes
• Full structural design calculations and details (foundations through roof)
• Title block, legends and sheet indexing ready for printing at 1:100 / 1:50 as appropriate
