Complete SolidWorks Model with Tolerances
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I need a fully built SolidWorks model that captures the entire structure of my design from end to end. This is not a quick single-part exercise; I’m looking for a complete digital build that treats every component, interface, and fastener as it will exist in the real world.
The goal is simple: once I open the assembly, I should be able to measure any feature and find the exact dimension and tolerance already applied, ready for downstream manufacturing or documentation. If you normally stop at nominal sizes, this job will push a little further—GD&T call-outs, limit dimensions, and any critical fits must be in place.
Deliverables
• SolidWorks assembly (.sldasm) with all referenced parts (.sldprt)
• Fully defined sketches, mates, and feature trees—no under-defined geometry
• All dimensions and tolerances visible in the model AND reflected in a clean set of 2D drawings (PDF + .slddrw)
• Neutral formats (STEP, IGES) for cross-platform sharing
Acceptance criteria
1. Every part rebuilds without errors or warnings in SolidWorks 2022+.
2. Dimensional check: random spot-check of ten critical features must match the supplied spec sheet to ±0.01 mm or stated tolerance.
3. Assembly opens in under 30 s on a mid-range workstation, indicating clean references and lightweight management.
If you’re comfortable working at this level of precision and can keep the feature tree well-organized, I’d love to see your approach and a short timeline proposal.
