I'm in need of a skilled construction take-off estimator for my commercial and/or residential projects. This professional will specifically be familiar with Canadian construction standards and requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate estimates for material quantities related to various aspects of the project such as wall areas, floor areas, ceiling areas, height of ceilings, railings length etc.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in commercial and/or residential construction take offs
- Expertise in estimating material quantities
- Familiarity with Canadian construction standards
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
