Commercial Space Interior Design

I’m ready to transform a commercial venue and need a designer who can take the project from first concept through contractor-ready drawings. The exact function—retail, restaurant, or another customer-facing use—will be finalised in our kick-off call, so flexibility is essential.

The scope covers everything: a compelling design narrative, space planning that meets code, mood boards, colour and material palettes, furniture and lighting selections, and photorealistic 3D visuals created in tools such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray or similar. Once the concept is approved, I’ll also require detailed floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, elevations and millwork drawings delivered in AutoCAD or Revit, ready for permit submission.

Please allow for at least two rounds of revisions after each presentation and be comfortable collaborating over video and shared boards.

Deliverables
• Concept mood board and brand narrative
• Scaled zoning and layout plan (DWG & PDF)
• Full material, furniture and lighting specification schedule
• Minimum three high-resolution 3D renders per key area
• Complete construction drawing set ready for permit
