Commercial Space BIM Modeling & Revits
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I need an experienced BIM modeling professional skilled in Revit for a detailed documentation and modeling task for an interior renovation of a commercial space. The area is approximately 3600 sqft.
Scope of Work:
- Produce Reflected Ceiling Plans (RCP) with full detail.
- Create detailed drawings of the existing woodwork on walls and ceilings, including all curves, shapes, paneling, and moldings.
- Develop interior elevation drawings (front views) of all walls to accurately display finishes, details, and geometries.
- Model and document floor plans and elevation drawings at LOD 500, reflecting the existing conditions with maximum accuracy.
- Integrate MEP layout plans into the model, accurately documenting existing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
I have building plans, but they are limited. The most critical areas requiring renovation are the offices and common areas. Your expertise in producing precise and comprehensive BIM models will be crucial for the success of this project.
