Commercial Building 3D Model & Realistic Renders

We are looking for a skilled 3D artist or architectural visualizer to create a high-quality 3D model and realistic renderings of a small commercial building. The project requires expertise in architectural modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering to produce photorealistic images for presentation and marketing purposes.

Project Requirements:
3D Modeling: Create a detailed 3D model of the commercial building based on provided architectural plans/sketches.
High-Quality Rendering: Produce realistic, high-resolution renders (exterior and interior).
Textures & Materials: Apply realistic materials, textures, and lighting to achieve a professional look.
Environment & Landscaping: Add surrounding context such as streets, sidewalks, greenery, and ambient lighting for a complete visualization.
File Formats: Provide source files (e.g., 3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender) and final rendered images in 4K resolution.
Ideal Candidate:
Strong portfolio in architectural 3D modeling and rendering
Proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, Blender, or similar rendering software
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Experience in commercial building design visualization is a plus
Deliverables:
3D model of the commercial building
At least 4 high-resolution renders (day & night views)
Source files with organized layers
