Commercial Building Design Pétion-Ville

I am at the planning and design stage for a new commercial building in Pétion-Ville, Haïti, and I need a seasoned construction-design professional to turn the concept into a full set of permit-ready documents. The assignment covers site analysis, architectural layout, structural calculations, and MEP coordination, all aligned with local building codes and the seismic guidelines that apply in this part of Haïti.

Your work should give me:
• Concept sketches that capture the building’s footprint and massing
• Detailed architectural plans, elevations, and sections prepared in AutoCAD or Revit
• Structural, electrical, and plumbing drawings with calculations ready for local review
• A concise bill of quantities and material specs so I can begin early cost modeling
• 3D visualisations that let stakeholders picture the finished space

I will supply the preliminary site survey and zoning parameters as soon as we start; you will guide me on any additional data you need. Accuracy, familiarity with Haitian codes, and clear communication in French or English are crucial.
