I'm seeking a talented designer to conceptualize the exterior and roof design of my new house in a Colonial or European style. The primary material for the exterior will be brick or stone.

- Proficiency in using brick or stone for exterior design
- Strong portfolio of modern home designs
Ideal Skills:

- Expertise in brick or stone work and its aesthetic application
- Rendering and visualization skills
I would prefer the roof line to be as clean as possible to reduce building costs. I understand that some peaks and additional roof lines will be needed. Please provide samples of previous similar projects in your proposal.
