Coastal erosion modeling

I'm looking for an experienced freelancer to create a coastal erosion model for a particular area. I will be providing data to incorporate in this model, and this model's end use is to support coastal erosion mitigation efforts. I'm open to the freelancer's area of choice, as long as it supports the coast of either the East, West, or Gulf Coast. The complexity of this project might require the freelancer to have extensive knowledge and understanding about coastal erosion and the calculations needed to create a model. This project requires creating a complex simulation to measure the effect of current processes over time. Building the model will also involve intensive research to provide accurate and up-to-date source information. The end result must be a comprehensive report with detailed answers, visualizations, and calculations that together indicate in which direction erosion may occur in the future.
