Clean the model and prepare it for 3D printing

I have an STL model of a dog from a CT scan. The model can be downloaded from https://www.aeon.sk/temp/dog.zip
I want to 3D print the model, but ONLY the head and the lower jaw separate from the rest of the head (so it can be moved).
So I need you to perform these steps:
1. Separate the head from the model and delete the rest (similar to the images I attach).
2. Separate the lower jaw from the head.
3. Delete the tube in the dog's mouth and esophagus.
4. Clear the clutter, debris, incorrect structures. My main interest is in the jaws and the teeth, so these need to be perfectly cleared.
5. Make the model 3D printable - head and lower jaw as separate objects.
