I need a skilled 3D modeler, ideally with experience in urban planning and architectural design, to create a detailed 3D model for use in urban planning.
- The model should adopt a classic architectural style and be able to accurately represent not only buildings, streets, and parks, but also the topography of the area.
- The model needs to be able to communicate effective urban planning elements and be as accurate as possible.
- Proficiency in SketchUp is required, as well as a good understanding of urban planning and architecture.
