I'm looking for a skilled 3D character modeler who can create a character from an image for me. The character will be used in animation, so it should be designed in a classic cartoon style with a focus on facial expressions.
Key Requirements:
- Emphasis on Facial Expressions: The character's facial expressions should be able to convey a range of emotions and reactions. This will be crucial for the character's role in the animation.
