Classic Brick Revit Tower Model
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I’d like you to expand on the techniques from our Mid-Term and develop a 20-story conceptual mass tower on a 300'-0" × 300'-0" site of your choosing. The focus this time is squarely on aesthetics; I want a timeless, classic look expressed through a predominantly brick façade. Think elegant proportions, refined detailing, and a massing strategy that feels both dignified and contemporary.
Your workflow must stay entirely in Revit. Use the software’s massing tools to shape the tower, then generate portfolio-ready graphics that combine Revit outputs with the presentation flair typical of a traditional architecture studio—clean lineweights, thoughtful entourage, and coherent graphic hierarchy. Plans, sections, elevations, and at least one compelling perspective or axon should all speak the same classic language.
Deliverables
• Native Revit (.rvt) file with a clearly organized browser and named views
• High-resolution presentation sheets (minimum two 24" × 36" boards) exported as PDFs, prepared for immediate portfolio insertion
• A brief design narrative (300–400 words) explaining how the massing, brick materiality, and classic proportioning meet the evaluation criteria
I’ll review the submission against those three items and the clarity with which the classic brick aesthetic is communicated. Let me know early if you need any site info beyond the footprint.
