Civil 3D model creation - House (Only Outside wall and Top)

I am looking person who can create 3D models and drawings of House using layout drawing and the google 3D map. Only OUTSIDE of the House required ( Not required Inside ). It has 2 floor building (Top , outside wall and Stair case ) , another small buildings ( Top and Outside wall) and another 2 portion ( Only top). that's all .
