Civil 3D expert for 2 intersections modeling

I am looking for a Civil 3D expert to model two intersections for design and planning purposes. The level of detail required is advanced, meaning all features and elements must be included in the model.

I will send the regulations, the task is short but I need an expert.
Ideal skills and experience for this job include:
- Strong proficiency in Civil 3D software
- Experience in intersection modeling and design
There will be 3 submissions: 25%, 50% and 100%
