3D City Animation in Low Detail -- 2
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I am looking for a freelancer proficient in 3ds Max + V-ray to create a 15-second rendered animation of a City model that I will provide in SketchUp format. After accepting the offer the final product must be delivered in 3 - 4 hours. The animation format MP4.
The animation should capture an overall view of the city by incorporating the following elements:
