Chief Architect Specialist for Plan Rendering

Project Description:
We are a Texas-based general contracting and remodeling firm in search of a proficient Chief Architect specialist to assist with creating initial plan files and renderings based on provided specifications and photographs.
Scope of Work:
• Develop a Chief Architect (.plan) file from detailed dimensions, specifications, and reference photos.
• Generate initial 3D renderings to visualize the project.
• Ensure the file is fully compatible with Chief Architect to allow our in-house designer to make subsequent edits.
Requirements:
• Demonstrated expertise in Chief Architect software.
• Ability to interpret and translate provided materials into accurate plan files.
• Experience with residential remodeling projects is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and responsiveness.
Deliverables:
• Chief Architect (.plan) file reflecting the provided specifications.
• Initial 3D renderings for client presentation.
Budget:
Our ideal budget for this initial project is around $150. However, we understand that rates vary based on experience and project complexity. We are open to discussing reasonable proposals.
Long-Term Opportunity:
