Chief Architect Presentation Drawings
Budget: $25 – $50 AUD
I’m developing a modern two-bedroom unit in Chief Architect and need an extra set of expert hands to turn my rough model into polished presentation material my client can instantly understand.
Here’s what I want to walk away with:
• A clean, dimensioned floor plan that clearly communicates room sizes, wall locations and circulation.
• Photo-realistic 3D renderings showing key interior views as well as a couple of striking exterior angles.
• Accurate elevation drawings that highlight façade detailing and overall heights.
Scope of input and collaboration
– I’ll provide the current Chief Architect file, reference photos and my preliminary notes on layout, interior palettes and a small courtyard concept.
– You’ll refine the layout, propose interior finishes/furniture placements and suggest a simple, cohesive landscape arrangement—all in a distinctly modern style.
– We’ll iterate until the visuals are client-ready; two rounds of revisions should be plenty.
Preferred tools
Chief Architect is mandatory so we can exchange editable files seamlessly. Supplementary work in Lumion, Enscape or similar for renders is welcome as long as you return high-resolution JPEG/PNG and the native scene file.
Delivery package
1. Updated .plan file
2. PDF set containing the floor plan and four elevations at 1:100 or similar scale
3. Minimum of six full-HD renders (interior and exterior mix)
4. Any texture libraries or external assets used, clearly organised
