Chief Architect Operator for Custom Home Designs
Budget: $3,500 – $7,000 USD
Our architectural and design firm is seeking experienced Chief Architect operators who can transform customer inputs into custom home designs.
Responsibilities:
• Create detailed 3D models and high-quality 3D renderings.
• Develop comprehensive construction plans.
• Handle projects ranging from 1 to 2 Project Units (1 PU = 3500 sq. ft. – hence, 3500-7000 sq. ft. per job) with budgets approximately between $1750 and $7000 per project.
• Achieve a monthly target of converting 3 PUs, translating to a potential monthly earning of $5250 to $10500.
• Work within standard project timelines of 4-6 weeks per project, with the possibility of managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Adhere to our contractual requirements; selected freelancers must sign an NDA and IP agreement to protect our designs.
