Chief Architect Garage Expansion
Budget: $15 – $25 CAD
I already have a Chief Architect *.plan* for a 22' × 30' detached garage. I need that file updated so the building grows to 26' × 34', with all walls, foundations, and roof planes stretched accurately.
While you are inside the model, I’d like three additional tweaks taken care of:
• Add a couple of new windows and an extra personnel door (exact sizes and locations will follow once the file is opened).
• Change the roof style—currently a simple gable; I’d like to see a hip option modelled so I can compare.
• Re-work the interior layout for a better flow around my workbench and future storage cabinets.
Deliverables
• Updated Chief Architect *.plan* reflecting the 26' × 34' footprint and all design changes
• PDF sheets (floor plan, elevations, roof plan) ready for permit review
• A brief change log so I can track what was modified
No need for new engineering—just clean, accurate edits inside Chief Architect using native tools so I can continue working on the file afterward. If any dimensions shift while stretching the model, please keep them consistent and call out conflicts before final delivery.
