3D Character development

Hello, i'm looking for a 3D developer to create a collection of characters with great detail, you must be able to create the character, with different accessories , clothes and a background. The purpose of this work is to create a collection of NFTs, which requires the delivery of each element created separately in .png format, with an invisible background (except for the backgrounds).
An example of the work to be done is shown in the attached file, pay is negotiable depending on the level of finish, thank you.
