3D Character Models - NSFW

Seeking 3D model designers / artists / sculptors to help create realistic models complete with hairstlyles, skintones, outfits etc for a low key adult scene. Content is adult but not explicit. Must use state of the art programs and tools and provide industry quality, true to life work that captures real life human likeness, skintones, etc. Must have example work to show. Budget is in the thousands of dollars and multiple assets need to be built. Looking for someone who I can work closely with to make adjustments and customizations.
