Character Modelling and Rigging

Hi, I'm looking for someone to model and rig a statue of Aphrodites (Goddess of Love) with arms. Anything below the knees don't need rigging. The face would only need a controller for making her frown.

I need to animate in 3DS Max so it needs compatibility with that. Delivery would ideally be less than a week.
