Character Model

I need a 3d model of a cartoon character created for manufacturing purposes. I only have a sketch of the pose and a photo of another model of the character in a standing pose to go from. I need the character model to show the walking pose from the sketches. The model will be 300mm tall and made from wood ultimately.
