Character Head in Blender to match supplied images

I need a front view of an alien head created in Blender. I t needs to roughly match a series of side and similar character photo's. Image on left inside box has the colour and skin texture needed.

- Only one large head tail needed
- Gold Headset to be included
- Visor/goggles as shown to be included
- Mask as shown to be included
- Stick through chin not needed
