Project Description
Island Studios & Design is working on developing a 7,777 piece 3D NFT project that is going to launch on the Cardano network in July. The project is based around an alien race that needed to form a new race to ensure the future of their survival. We are looking for a lead 3D animation artists to join our team working on this project. There is also the potential for future work and a longer term involvement with the project.
Brief
• Take 2D sketches and realised them into 3D models.
• Sculpt and model 3 animated 3D characters built on top of our already developed base characters.
• Create additional character such as hair, eyes, accessories, masks, skin and teeth
• Texture the characters and character assets
• Communicate with other artists working on the project
• Attend review sessions and team discussions
Qualifications
• A passion for 3D art.
• Works well within a team and compatible with a collaborative environment
• Time management and ability to work within deadlines;
• Highly skilled at working within Blender or Maya or any other applicable software
• Developing assets to match concept, photo reference, art direction
