3D Character Creation

I am looking for a freelancer who can create a cartoonish 3D character for me. I have a reference image that I would like the character to be based on. The level of detail required for the character's anatomy is simplistic and stylized. The ideal candidate for this job should have experience in 3D character creation and be able to work with a cartoonish style. They should also be proficient in software such as Blender. Please provide a portfolio of previous 3D character work.
