Change an existing 3D design and replicate the one in the video

I am looking for an experienced freelance designer to modify my existing 3D design, and replicate the sculpture in the video. I have a 3D design that I made which you need to modify to exactly what is shown in the attached video. I need the final output in STL format. As this is a replicated design, accuracy and attention to detail are of utmost importance in observing the design in the video. I need to 3D print this design but I don't have much knowledge 3D printing, so having an idea about it is a plus.
