Cartoonish 3D Sculpt for Plastic Action Figures

I'm looking for a skilled 3D sculptor to create cool cartoon designed action figures in the 4-6 inch size range, intended for production in plastic. I am looking for someone who can deliver me Stl files I can later print myself

Key Requirements:
- Expertise in 3D sculpting, particularly with cartoonish designs
- Understanding of the requirements for plastic production
- Ability to design for a 4-6 inch size scale

I need someone who can 3D design characters I’ve created.

The concept is similar to
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles [1987]
Toxic Crusaders [1991]

I’m Looking for something kid friendly but that is still bad ass.

This is just for demo prototype purposes.

Ideally I’ll include the type of Articulation I would love to have in the photo but it all depends on costs. Worst case I need 90s playmates toys style sculpted.

Please have samples of Action figures. I need someone who is great sculpting Mutants.

I have a total of 20 characters, 2 more wave assortments with another 5 different figures each wave plus Vehicles. I’m on a small nudge trying to make something big and need help from the right person. So money wise, I stated what I need. I just need a reasonable quote, be it hourly or set price.
