Cartoonish Blender 3D Character Creation

I'm in need of a skilled 3D artist who can design a cartoonish style character in Blender. The character is an animated chick that's stuck inside a TV, resembling a simple animated doodle drawing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and create a cartoonish 3D character in Blender
- Rig the character for animation
- Animate the character with simple movements, suitable for a TV show setting
Specifics:
- The character needs to have specific clothing and accessories, which include casual wear with a backpack. The backpack should be designed with a cartoonish aesthetic to match the character.
- The clothing should be casual, but also fit within the context of the character being 'stuck inside a TV'.
- The character will need to be equipped with a few simple, cartoonish accessories that fit within the TV setting.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in Blender with a strong portfolio of 3D character design
- Experience in rigging and animating characters in Blender
- Strong understanding of cartoonish design aesthetics
- Creative mindset, able to think outside the box to design accessories and clothing fitting for the character and its context.
