Cartoon Mascot 3D Character Rendering for Marketing

I need a talented 3D rendering artist to take my existing mascot illustration and convert it into a 3D rendering. This will be for marketing purposes. The final deliverable needs to be in 3D model files format (OBJ or FBX) as well as exported as JPEG and transparent PNG. There will be no scene or background, just the mascot itself.
