1) We need a ready to animate character in Blender or Maya....so it should be modelled, UV mapped, textured with all the maps, and rigged for animation.....do let us know what of the above you can provide...
2) We don't mind other softwarees like C4d or Max as far as the final deliverables is in FBX or OBJ (unrigged)
3) Send us the related samples....cartoon characters you have done previously....
my budget is flexible, quality is utmost important and if I have to pay more i am wiling to if the output if of great quality....
