Car's ABS Plastic Dash Design

I'm seeking a professional with deep experience in automotive part design to create a plastic dash for a car.

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Previous work with automotive parts
- Expertise in ABS plastic properties and applications
- Understanding of aesthetic and functional design principles

I am looking to fit a haltech uc10 into a 1987 Toyota Land Cruiser dash. The photos i have included are from mako and they are not willing to take on the project. All the dimensions work. I can provide dimensions for the haltech unit and i can mail the dash from my truck to scan and or measure.
