Cap gun toy

I am looking for a manufacturer to develop a cap gun toy for children between the ages of 9 and 12. I would like this toy to have a classic western theme, and to be made out of plastic. Whoever I select for this job needs to be able to accurately produce the highest quality product possible. I am not willing to negotiate on quality, so whomever I hire for this job should have a proven track record of producing quality products.
