3D Campus Design in SketchUp for Unity Integration -- 2

I am looking for a skilled 3D designer to create a campus layout in SketchUp that can be exported and integrated into Unity. The design should include: • Buildings: Multiple campus buildings with a variety of architectural styles, ready to be imported into Unity (with proper export settings). • Surrounding Roads: Roads surrounding the buildings with parking areas and pathways, optimized for Unity integration. • Trees & Greenery: Realistic placement of trees, bushes, and other greenery that will work well within Unity’s environment. • Pond: A small, decorative pond placed within the campus area. • Lighting: Basic lighting for day and night cycles that will work with Unity’s lighting system. The model should be in SketchUp format with proper geometry, textures, and materials that are compatible with Unity. If possible, include simple optimization for performance in Unity. Skills Required: • Proficiency in SketchUp • Experience with exporting models to Unity • Knowledge of 3D modeling for architecture and landscaping • Familiarity with optimizing assets for use in Unity
