Budget: $10 – $50 AUD
I am looking for a freelancer who can create a custom character cake topper design for me. This will be a bride and a minion to stand on top of a 4" cake. It will be printed in solid black. The ideal candidate should have experience in character design and be able to work with a written description provided by me. The project involves the following requirements:
