Cad design for gym equipment

I'm looking for a freelancer to help me with a CAD design project. The project is for gym equipment, specifically for a squat rack accessory - trolley jammer arm plates. I do have specific dimensions and specifications for the CAD design that I will provide, and I do not have a specific software preference. I'm looking for someone with experience in a variety of CAD software, who can utilize 3D modeling to create the designs I need. With your help, I'm confident that we can create an innovative and high-quality product.
The rack uprights are 60mm x 60mm with 26mm holes.
