CREATE THE 3D PROGRAM OF MY DREAMS

I want a 3D program that converts a single photo into a 3D model that creates everything it sees and that when it creates the model it is in parts and not like in the photogrammetry that the mesh is deformed or certain things are not seen. I want the software to do everything that can be seen in the image and that it can be placed between 1 and more images and that when creating the mesh it is in parts and that it is fine that it is not like the photometry that looks bad on certain occasions , I give anything so that this software can be completed.
