CONVERTIBLE TALL BIKE
Budget: €12 – €18 EUR
In order to have a prototype made, I wish to have plans and calculation.
The object is this bike :

In my understanding, the critical parts of the project are :
- the articulated bike frame
- gas shocks size, pressure, along with a runner, in order to reach the critical high-to-low positionning in less than one second, and have this feature working if the driver changes his weight, or wishes to lend his bike to a friend.
- a pantograph seat system, in order to keep the seat in horizontal position
I wish to start from existing marketed spare parts : bike frame, gas shocks.
- how to design the bike frame articulation ?
- which gas shocks to choose, and wich pressure to set, according to biker's weight ?
- what would be the runner design and location ?
Some more topics might have to be clarified before establishing a price. Maybe no.
