I'm looking for a professional with experience in COMSOL, ASPEN Hysys and ASPEN EDR to simulate a two series connected floating head shell and tube heat exchanger. This heat exchanger is on a large scale - with each shell measuring 5m, a tube length of 4m, and a total of 584 tubes for each exchanger.
The primary focus of the simulation will be to assess the temperature distribution, with a specific emphasis on the heat transfer efficiency across the tubes.
Key requirements:
- Expertise in COMSOL for simulation
- Proficient in using ASPEN Hysys and ASPEN EDR
- Ability to simulate fluid properties such as viscosity, density, and specific heat capacity
