We are currently expanding and looking for skilled professionals to join us on an exciting project with a reputable consulting firm.
Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Revit Modeler to assist with high-quality 3D modeling for mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, piping, etc.). The ideal candidate will have expertise in mechanical Revit modeling and an understanding of BIM standards.
Responsibilities:
Create and modify Revit models for mechanical systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
Work with architects, engineers, and project managers to develop coordinated models.
Perform clash detection and resolve conflicts within the BIM environment.
Maintain compliance with industry standards and client specifications.
Meet project deadlines while ensuring quality and precision.
Requirements:
Proficiency in Revit (Mechanical) with 3+ years of experience.
Experience with HVAC, plumbing, or piping systems modeling.
Knowledge of BIM workflows and clash detection tools (Navisworks is a plus).
Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and specifications.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
Familiarity with Canadian building codes is a plus.
