CNC Manufacture of 3D Wood Designs

I'm seeking an experienced freelancer to help with creating a manufacturing plan for a CNC machine, using 3D drawings. The intended material to be used for this project is wood.
Requirements:
- Expertise with .STL, .STEP, and .IGES file formats. It is vital that the freelancer can work with these, as the precise file format has yet to be determined.
- Prior experience in CNC manufacturing plans is crucial for this job.
- Familiarity with woodworking via a CNC machine.
- A proficient understanding and knowledge of prototyping, manufacturing, and visualisation.
