Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR

I’m working on the next-generation gear systems that will drive our CNC turning centres, vertical machining centres, and multi-axis machines. What I need right now is a fresh, precise mechanical design for those individual gear components—everything from tooth profile definition through tolerance-ready manufacturing drawings.

Here’s what the collaboration looks like:

• Scope
‑ Purely mechanical design: no electronics or control work this round.
‑ Component-level focus: shafts, pinions, spur/helical gears and their mating relations inside the gearbox.
‑ The design must integrate smoothly with our existing machine envelopes and lubrication layouts at JYOTI CNC Automation Ltd.

• Typical workflow
1. You receive my baseline requirements, speed/torque targets, and any space constraints.
2. You develop 3D models (STEP / Parasolid) and detailed 2D drawings (ISO standards) in SolidWorks, Inventor, or NX—whichever you’re fastest with.
3. Back-of-envelope strength checks (AGMA, ISO 6336) plus basic FEA on high-load teeth to confirm safety factors.
4. A short design note explaining material choices, heat-treat specs, and expected life.

• Acceptance criteria
‑ Models and drawings open error-free and show fully defined dimensions/tolerances.
‑ Calculations demonstrate ≥1.5 safety factor at rated load.
‑ All files compile into a clean, numbered package ready for our internal release system.
