CBCT Analyst for Orthodontic Research
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
Seeking a CBCT analyst for orthodontic research work. The task involves processing DICOM datasets and performing precise segmentation of alveolar bone while excluding teeth and roots. The work includes generating STL models, calculating volume and surface measurements, identifying anatomical landmarks, and establishing standardized reference planes. Voxel-based cranial base superimposition is required, along with measurement of torque and tip from CBCT data.
The analyst should be proficient in software such as 3D Slicer or Mimics and must have prior experience in dental CBCT segmentation and superimposition workflows. The ability to follow a strict, predefined research protocol is essential. Previous similar work samples are required for evaluation.
Deliverables should include segmented STL models, measurement datasets in spreadsheet format, and clear stepwise documentation of the workflow with screenshots. This is a multi-case project, and consistency across all datasets by the same operator is important.
