EV CAR DESIGN
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
We are looking for an experienced Automobile Engineer with expertise in Electric Vehicle (EV) design and development to design a complete EV car from concept to production-ready engineering.
Scope of Work
The selected engineer will be responsible for:
Complete vehicle architecture and packaging
Chassis and body design
Suspension and steering system design
Braking system design
Powertrain integration (motor, controller, gearbox, differential)
Battery pack design and placement
Thermal management system
High-voltage electrical architecture
Wiring harness design
CAD modeling and 3D assemblies
Engineering drawings for manufacturing
Structural and safety analysis
Vehicle performance calculations
Compliance with applicable automotive standards
Design optimization for manufacturability and cost
Required Skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Automobile, Mechanical, or Automotive Engineering
Proven experience in EV design and development
Proficiency in CAD software such as CATIA, SolidWorks, Siemens NX, or Creo
Knowledge of battery systems, BMS, electric motors, and vehicle dynamics
Experience with FEA and simulation tools is preferred
Strong understanding of automotive manufacturing processes

Detailed engineering drawings
Bill of Materials (BOM)
Assembly documentation
Design calculations and technical reports
Manufacturing-ready design files
Recommendations for prototype development
