CAD Pattern Maker for Streetwear T-Shirt

Hi there! I am looking for an experienced freelance CAD pattern maker to create an industry-standard production pattern for a streetwear-style t-shirt (boxy/oversized fit).
The prep work is already done. I will provide you with a complete and detailed Tech Pack that includes:
Technical flats (front and back).
The exact measurement chart for the base size (Size M).
Specific construction details (thick ribbed neckband, raw edge finishes, exact placement marks for embroidery and 3D embossing).
Expected Deliverables:
The finalized digital pattern, 100% ready for factory production.
Required file formats: DXF (industry standard) + PDF A0/A4.
Potential for Ongoing Work: This is an initial test project for the base size (M). If the factory prototype is approved and our collaboration goes well, I will hire you for the size grading (S, L, XL) and the pattern making of my future collections.
